Biology I Course Description

Biology I is a two trimester course designed to give students an introductory look into the discipline of biology. The purpose of this course is to endow students with the basic principles of the study of life that all members of the human race should possess. Topics include, biochemistry, cell biology, energetics, molecular genetics, evolution, and ecology. Prerequisites include intro to physics and intro to chemistry.
